How did they contain the Harran Outbreak in DL1? If newly infected people turn into virals who can sprint all day and scale walls, how where they able to cut off infrastructure and set up giant walls before infected escaped?
Regarding the countryside in the following, they managed to contain that outbreak the same they did in Harran and the game lore explains how the harran virus outbreak was fully eradicated. Any thoughts on this?
