I need a visa for a trip to Italy this August. Registered an account at prenotami.esteri.it about three weeks ago. After I login just could not find any open appointment slots. A week ago, it got even worse, every time I try to log in, it shows an error message: prenotami.esteri.it sent back an error. Error code: 500 Internal Server Error. Does anyone else experience this same problem?

BTW, I also emailed the consulate in San Francisco several times, but never got any response. Anyone has any insight on how to get an appointment with the Italian consulate in San Francisco?
