Guys, should I join a tier-2 college or take another drop

Genuinely confused right now and need some honest advice, converted a decent tier 2, but I keep wondering whether I should settle for it or take another drop and try for a much better college next year

Saw this tier list somewhere… thoughts?

The colleges have not been ranked horizontally, and are compared against a 2 year MBA

How many questions are actually needed for 99 percentile in CAT?

Genuinely thought people getting 99 percentile were attempting almost the whole paper 😭

But according to the latest CAT 2026 analysis, around 35–40 good attempts with strong accuracy can actually be enough for a 99.

Which honestly makes sense because CAT feels more about question selection and staying calm than just solving everything fast.

No hate to whoever this is, but I stumbled across this and had to share. If this is your profile, I'm genuinely sorry lol

everyone keeps saying mocks are the main thing and not just practice but honestly I don’t get it fully because I thought first you study properly then test yourself but here it feels like people are just giving mocks again and again and learning from that, and I tried that once and my scores were so random it just killed my mood for days so now I keep avoiding it even though I know I shouldn’t, like I’ll sit to study but when it comes to actually giving a mock I just delay it thinking what if it goes bad again and I lose whatever little motivation I have, not sure if I’m doing this wrong or this is just how it is in the beginning

Lmk what to do 🥹
