Out of Stocks
I don't know if this is a new Target task for every store.
Out of stock pulls during the day, BUT it is every. single. hour. I understand why they want that—but it sounds prettier than being actually done efficiently.
I'm just really curious what's going on in the higher ups heads. Because as a Style TM day side. I have to now, watch fitting room breaks including my own too, push a shit ton of freight that never gets complete, help guests/10-4, maintain specfic areas to zone, and back up everywhere when needed?
How can I get anything done? Not really my problem in the end that I can't get my main task done: freight. But I can only do so much until I'm exhausted. Let's not forget I'm not getting my desired full time hours, but hey, we're hiring more people! 👍
