Since it's not as straightforward, as it might seem, I figured I will post this.
Important: we're assuming here, that he's 3+ stars (since before that it's a bit different), and that enemies won't be killing him randomly (which should not be too hard in his case, unless it's super endgame content with one-shots).

Skill names:
"Manually" means, that you need to utilize this tech: you use Brutebear's Might to go into the Bear form, then you use Earthshatter, and the next turn you use Winter's Farewell to manually exit the Bear form. By doing that you will only consume one Primal Charge during each transformation.
Technically, if you use Act Again on him, and then reduce his CD by 2, you can go into the Bear form, attack & then exit it every single turn, conserving his Primal Charge's, which lets you chain this indefinitely.
P.S. I don't have him at 3 stars yet, plus I didn't test every single one of those set-up's, but I did test his main mechanics, so it should work as I describe here. If I made a mistake, please let me know!

Originally, the flying bugs had -100% Melee/AoE damage taken (aka immune to it), and then they "nerfed" them near the end of the Luccia arc (I think it was during the SP Agata release).
P.S. There are obviously other differences, it's just that this one was the easiest to check.
New accounts should receive it on Day 3 of the Sail On, Voyager! Log-in event, while old accounts should receive it via the in-game mail.
