Bit of an awkward situation, but during my first placement I’ve been put on a roster to help it a sports day. There was no communication about this. No one told me what I would be doing and I’ve been placed on a role that requires a lot of bending down and picking up and i think ive aggravated a back injury. I really can’t afford to be taking more time off work to do more hours of placement and I’m just a little bit worried about making a fuss about it.
Has this happened to anyone if you’ve been injured on placement and how did you deal with it?
