First sourdough tips
Hi! I just made my first sourdough today, and I think it turned out okay, but it could definitely be better. I feel like the holes are a bit too small, and maybe the crumb is just slightly gummy. I’m going to send two pictures, and hopefully you can help me figure out what I can improve next time.
I basically followed this video (used maybe 30% whole wheat flour and 70% normal), but I baked it a little longer because the bottom didn’t have a nice color yet
