As far as I could tell, there’s no rule that says World (or Worldly as I opted for in spirit of the Legend -> Legendary change) can’t be granted or applied to non enchantments. I could definitely see this kind of effect turning the game into a slog where nothing important ever sticks but I’m hoping the high cost to activate would mostly prevent that.

The idea is to create meaningful decisions for the table way after this has left the battlefield, also

Algomancy is all the best parts of Magic with an entirety unique feel. If you enjoy the stack as much as I do, you should consider giving it a try.
