Hello,

I'm in need of some help choosing which size I should get for the Contend SL disk 1

The shop close to where I live only has ML and would need to place an order for L so couldn't test it

I'm 186cm and the website says 177~187 for ML and 183~193 for L

I thought I should buy L since it seems I'm on the limit of ML, but I saw a similar post like this with people not agreeing on which size is best

I even momentarily turned to the dark side and ask chatgpt and it didn't help, just saying "oh, L would be good for speed and ML for endurance"

Could anyone help me please
