COLA Raise Common in Industry for Non-Promotion Years?
Speaking in very GENERAL terms here. Once you go B4 to industry is a COLA i.e. 2-3% inflation adj raise common for years where a promotion isn’t applicable? Obviously it’s different in most places but is this typical?
