Dry nose every morning, does anyone here use an air purifier or humidifier?
Hello, I'm asking about this here because when I read about air purifiers/humidifiers, there is often discussion about the climate of where you live. From my understanding, air purifiers become more necessary depending on the level of air pollution where you live. Other factors include pets (I don't have any) and how quickly dust builds up in your house. As for humidifiers, Bahrain only really gets humid during the upcoming peak summer months. On top of that, air conditioning is known for stripping the air of humidity which I imagine could definitely be a big factor here since we have the ACs on pretty much all the time.
It seems a humidifier is the right choice for solving my dry nose issue. While reading about it though I've come across a lot of people saying that an air purifier is actually what helped them, because their problem was allergies caused by dust/other pollutants in the air.
I'd greatly appreciate if anyone might share their experience if they've had a similar problem, and whether an air purifier/humidifier (or both) have helped alleviate the issue. Recommendations for specific devices would also be welcome, thanks!
