Not entirely sure if this is the correct sub-reddit to go to, but I figured I'd post here. My boyfriend of 6 years is turning 23 in two weeks. I've been struggling with figuring out what to do/get for him? He's not a materialistic guy, and hates clutter/not practical things. I was going to get him essentials (and things he likes - that he'll use regularly), like new athletic-wear, cologne, etc. But I kind of feel like that's not enough, especially because we've been together for quite some time and that is what I normally get him. I wanted this birthday to be special, because he had to work on his birthday last year. I've gone to social media to look through bf gift hashtags, but it's all the same things.
I was thinking of different things I could do/get, any ideas?
