So I take the combined pill to treat endo pain and symptoms. It used to be fairly good at controlling symptoms and bleeding.

But now, i am having heavy spotting - bleeding almost constantly. It may be ok for a few days but then back again to almost constant bleeding.

Does this mean my endo has progressed? Have any of you experienced bleeding through the combined pill? What have you done about it/has helped? Could I ask dr about taking extra progesterone on top of this??
