What is the deal with postdoc positions claiming on the job ad to be project lead positions or claiming you'll do some analysis, and then when you arrive there's multiple existing postdocs who already want to do said analysis and obviously none of them want to listen to a person who just arrived or pass on their work. I feel like my job shouldn't really exist and doesn't need to exist in the group? Has anyone else felt this way? And is that why people write illegible code and refuse to share data 😭 Why does it need to be so hard to do my job rip
