For a long time, I've been uploading my content in Russian, and the RPM, including the additional reward, was fine with me. However, due to recent changes that only count views from countries where the rewards program is open, I'm getting very few views that are counted. If I get a new device and start using this account with a US proxy and upload content in English, will this affect the algorithms and which audience will my videos be shown to?
