DSF training/workout plan

Hello!

My goal is to be apart of the coast guards DSF. I am 17yrs old, 190lbs, 5’9”. I’ve got about a year before I go to A-school and desperately need to get my numbers up:

Bench: 215
Squat: 315
Deadlift: 225
1.5 mile: 11:45 (almost dying)
Pull-ups: 3
Plank: 2min
Pushups: 65

And I’ve got no current program. Any suggestions or recommendations would be very helpful!
