For those of you who have managed to get out of chronic back pain, what is the most important lesson you've learnt from your pain?
I (19M) have been living with chronic LBP for the last 17 months. It absolutely sucks and there's not an hour where I don't wish I had it. At the same time, I have learnt how humbling physical suffering can be - all the more so because chronic pain is something most people don't have experience with, at least not in their youth.
But for those of you who have managed their way out of this, and are now pain-free - what has been the most important thing you've learnt from your suffering?
