Hoping to get some clarity here around the new visa rules for an Australian family travelling to the UK.

I was born in the UK and moved to Aus in 1999 and my British Passport expired in 2009. Since then I have 2 daughters born in Aus (2014/2018) and we are going to the UK in July (all have current Aus passports).

Under the new rules do all 3 of us need British passports as they are citizens by birth right? If so how do I not only get their passport but also proof of citizen. Obviously they UK gov have no idea they exist so can they just use Aus passport.

Surly there are lots of people in a similar situation but I cant find any good answers!
