


the past two weeks i’ve decided to start doing some exercise again and i’ve been doing 2 minute planks every day. i’m 19F, 5’7 and 123 lbs and i carry most of my fat in my lower body, so i have an easier time seeing definition in my upper body. i’ve noticed that when i flex my abs there’s this part right below where my ribs meet that is raised, could this be some type of hernia? it’s not a prominent bulge and you can’t see it from the side. it feels similar to muscle, so im not sure if this is just a tiny muscle i’ve never seen before or what.
