I know that both phones are far from being great in terms of PWM, but I need to choose either of those phones for my work purposes (and it should be iOS only). I have seen that all measurement that people posted here are in favour of iPhone 17e. However, I am a bit concerned as scrolling on 60hz OLED iPhones is not that comfortable for me - I don't know why but my eyes hurt looking at jittering movements. I tested my wife's iPhone 13pro, and the scrolling is way comfortable to look at.

Do you think that higher mоdulation on iPhone 17 is really that significant?

Happy to hear any recommendations, or maybe you had similar dilemma.
