Can’t access Ashes of Ariandel as Gael nor his scrap of painting are to the right of the altar in the Cleansing Chapel. Deacons are dead, slave knight Gael is alive but I have tried his fight before. Can’t absolve at purging stone or whatever it’s called. Had this problem much earlier in the game but thought it would eventually resolve itself.
