I recently made a dish in an instant pot that required steaming. Since then I am unable to switch it on. It seems dead

I did the 72 hour test and tried to plug in again to check but it still doesn't work.

Has anyone faced something similar?

Or does anyone know any repair shops in the Bay Area?
