I have a lovely 1962 midcentury home with huge windows in the living room- 3 that are 6'x8 and 1 that is 6' x 9'. They are original with storm windows. As far as I can tell, they have never been cleaned in-between the interior pane and the exterior storm and they are very dusty with spider webs, dead moths, and debris. There are tabs/screws on the outside of the storm windows but I don't see any hinges. Any suggestions about how to have them cleaned?
