Hey guys, over the past few days, my lemon tree has taken a dramatic turn, and i need help to save it!

It was starting to wilter a bit in the pot i have it in, so i had suspected i need to plant it asap. Instead, i chose to give it a fertiliser and sprayed eco pest oil, and I've made the complete wrong move. I need help. Is there any way i can save it? Should i plant it asap with seasol and hope it recovers? Or is it too late for my tree. Any advice will help, please 🙏
