Very thick carbon steel knife
I bought this knife at the start of my career and after using for a couple years it got chipped and sharpened etc... and now its at the point where its so thick its unusable.
I have a 250 grit stone that i can use to thin it but I know this will take a long time. Would it be worth sending it off to get thinned proffessionally or should i firm it and try doing it myself?
