Hi! Has anyone else already received Woodring's brand new book, Quacky? If you have and ordered it from Fantagraphics directly, did you receive the minicomic 'Pupshaw Furioso'?

I pre-ordered the book from Fanta back in June and received the book today, but no minicomic. 😭

So I recently emailed one of the editors at Fantagraphics and asked them to consider the publication of a new edition of The Lute String, as was only published serialized in the US (in two issues of MOME). And the only time it has ever been published as a standalone book was in Japan 20 years ago.

I was told that they have wanted to do something with this comic for a while, thanked me for the reminder and told me that they are going to discuss this with Woodring. So it seems that there is hope for a new (hopefully hardcover) edition of The Lute String.
