Overcrowded with adult homegrown African cichlids

I have a huge family of cichlids, unfortunately hybrid Venustus with unknown Lake Malawi father. I know I will get some haters who want me to cull the hybrids, but I just can’t do it. Venustus are the most chill cichlids I’ve ever had.
Anyone have room for some or most of them? You can take your pick for free. If you have one or two other cichlids (African only) for trade that’s even better. I’m in uptown Dallas.

Switching from Suboxone tab to patch wrecked my sleep

After taking sublingual tab for 3 years, need to switch to patch to save my teeth. Was taking ~400mcg tab (100mcg 4x per day). Tried switching to 5mcg patch but it disturbed my already poor sleep, so had to take it off after 12 hours. Put patch on again for 3 hours but dose is just too high, increasing nausea and extreme sweating. Anyone else experience this? What can I do? Some suggested putting tape down first to partially occlude the patch. Any real pharmacist have a recommendation? I’m not sure why 5mcg dose feels way too high, maybe high absorption because I’m always sweating from other symptoms? Why would the patch cause nausea and sweat symptoms that feel like I took 400mcg all at once?
