I just got quoted from Axia for a 16000kwh per year system for $34k. It'll cost $188 a month with a 2.99% yearly escalation. Supposedly after 5 years you can buy the panels outright after they have depreciated. I was told depreciation was 50%. Any one have experience with buying out the panels from Axia in that manner?

I was also curious is it would be better to just order panels myself and get an installer or if there were better companies in south Florida who would do it.
