Hi everyone 👋🏻 My USC husband submitted our i-130 PD 17th July 2025. I the beneficiary am currently residing in my home country Australia. Before the slowdown, they were processing February 2025 cases. It's been a couple months since I've seen any newer cases being processed on track my visa. Any idea what's going on or how long till our date will get processed? I have been trying to look at news articles and online but haven't managed to find anything for the last few weeks. My estimated date on TMVN went from May 2026 to January 2027 for i-130 approval.
