Why don't more people use 600 film as is in unmodified SX-70 cameras to shoot in low light conditions?
As a Polaroid novice, it seems like a no-brainer to me that you'd use higher ISO film combined with the slower shutter speed of an SX-70 to take photos in low light conditions such as indoors, in shadows, on cloudy days, during dusk hours, etc.
But there are only a couple posts on this sub (that I can find) touching on that topic. I found one YouTube video of someone doing it, but they shot brightly lit scenes during what seemed like midday.
Even when I've seen people attempt night photography they're either using SX-70 film or an SX-70 camera modified to take 600 film. So what am I missing? Is there a good reason why people aren't doing this more often?
EDIT: Thanks to everyone who replied. I found my answer. The slowest shutter speed of an SX-70 is much slower than I imagined.
