During the conversation between Ophilia and Hamlet she wants to give the gifts back to hamlet.
Is that because expensive gifts don’t mean anything when there is no meaning to it or because the love is over?

Why do Claudius and Polonius want to listen to the concersation?

Hi there, so I’m learning about the classic DNA sequencing method. They say there is one sample of DNA that you analyse. You find the DNA sequence by using dideoxynucleotides and a gel electrophoresis. (Simply said)

But in that sample you can find all the gens and DNA molecules of all your chromosomes right? So how do get the sequence m of 1 specific part than?
