I have actual string joy right now. I usually play on Elixir Nanoweb PB 12's, but I have started to get really annoyed with the coating fray from those. I went into the shop to pick up the Martin Retros, the monels, to try out, but they were out of stock. I left with the Stringjoy 80/20 bronze 12's and I love them! They have such a soft, buttery feel to them. Slides are so smooth, no string squeak. They were a bit of a splash out for strings at $14 a set, but worth it for how happy they have made me tonight!
