Anyone in management positions or hybrid positions that are clinical and non-clinical? I’m looking at a current hybrid position and wanted to see what others thought of doing some kind of management? Short term I enjoy medicine but long term I would love to try and work my way up the ladder and try to make real change (which is a reason I’ll probably never work my way up).

Specifically I am referring to managing a service line or managing APPs not nursing management.
