Opinions sought: do I need a buyer’s agent?
I am looking to purchase a condo in Chicago for my child to live in. In the price range I’m looking in, I could likely pay cash. Do you think I should engage a buyers agent? I have an attorney that I’ve previously worked with on a prior condo purchase.
