I've worked out on and off for years since I was a kid but the longest I can ever seem to maintain an exercise routine is 3 months. I want to do calisthenic workouts, since i've never done them before i found a beginner-friendly regimen but I can't seem to motivate myself enough. I can't afford to go to a gym (tho i know going to one would definitely motivate me) and working out at home, i either make excuses or get demotivated.
Any advice?
