Has anyone tried ClosrTech for FEX leads? Looking for honest feedback on their outbound leads + inbound dialer

Been doing some research on lead vendors and came across ClosrTech/ClosrLeads. Looking specifically at purchasing outbound FEX leads and also noticed they offer an inbound dialer product (looks like there’s a Tier 1 and Tier 2 option).

Their site claims TCPA-compliant, exclusive leads with TrustedForm certs and real-time delivery, which all sounds good on paper — but I can’t find much independent agent feedback anywhere.

A few things I’m specifically curious about:

• What’s the actual contact rate on their FEX leads?

• How does the inbound dialer perform — is it worth the cost over just running your own follow-up system?

• Are the leads truly exclusive or does it feel like they’re getting worked before they hit you?

• Chargeback experience — good or bad?

Would love to hear from anyone who’s actually run their leads in the field. Drop your experience below, good or bad. Appreciate it.

Just started a life insurance agency with 10 agents — spending $60-$75 per inbound call. Looking for advice on outbound leads, cheaper inbound sources, and whether to expand into mortgage protection

Hey everyone, just launched a life insurance agency with around 10 agents. We primarily focus on final expense and are currently buying inbound calls — one source at $75 per call and another at $60. Our close rate is sitting at 25%+ depending on the agent.
We also have an auto dialer so outbound volume isn’t a concern — we just want to make sure we’re feeding it the right leads.

A few things I’m trying to figure out:

• Is there a specific outbound lead vendor you’ve had success with?

• Are there cheaper inbound sources that still convert well?

• Should we be generating our own leads through Facebook ads?

• Is it worth expanding into mortgage protection or should we stay focused on final expense for now?

• Any vendors or strategies you’d avoid?

We’re not afraid to spend money — quality and consistency matter more than cost. Just want to hear from people actually in the trenches. Appreciate any insight.
