What if overhaul ( chisaki ) pretends to be a normal citizen, acts as a fan and touches all might and boom its over. He can literally kill any big hero.Afo could steal and if not use it himself could give it to shigaraki or someone and simply get allmight killed.Afo or shigaraki can definitely match all might speed and touch him atleast. All the theories that overhaul is a complex quirk just have no proof and even if it is complicated, it doesnt mean others cant master it.Overhaul is simply greater than ofa.
