My system setup
I bought the cabinet off Facebook Marketplace for $10 and the Infinity 6” diameter inline fan from Amazon for $100 and the exhaust ductwork for another $80. I have separate zones with their own duct work and ability to open or close off each zone independent of the others. I have a first stage wash followed by a second stage wash, both have 99.9% IPA in them. As the first stage gets dirty I take IPA out of stage 2 and into Stage 1. Reload fresh IPA into stage 2. All of this is in my 2,000 sq ft shop attached to the house.
It exhausts out the window. I use Elegoo ABS like 3.0 Pro resin and in the photo you will see my Mars 4 and recently added to the left of the photo a Saturn 3. I have been primarily printing 1/8 to 1/100 scale figurines. Attached is a photo of my set up and an example of my printing….1/30 scale King and Queen of England from 1750.
