My rewards stopped tracking on the 13th after tracking in real time. I reached out with screenshots of proof of game play immediately upon noticing and was told to wait until the 19th. I messaged this morning and was told to wait until the end of day today. I'm now being told too bad so sad oops the game didn't track we can't do anything. How is this okay?! I've spent countless hours on surveys and games, I've referred almost 50 people to your app. Make this right!
