I was wondering how long it takes for Amgen to get back to candidates after each round of interview.
It has been 2 weeks, and I haven't heard back yet.

Another question I had is does the weight of a job referral matter in big pharma?
I got the referral from the Director of a research team and was wondering if it has an added advantage.
