My map and apps quit a couple of months ago. Got into the dealership beginning of April and sat there for 4.5 hours while they recalled and updated only to tell me that telematics needs to be replaced and it’s on back order.

All of the sudden about 3 days ago, while backing out my car started auto breaking

But the scariest thing happened last night on the highway about 10 pm and going about 70 mpr, my car autobreaked! It didn’t come to a complete stop but it was still a sudden auto break. If someone was close behind me I definitely would have been hit. This is in a major city, decent lighted hwy, no debris in the road.

When I got home I checked settings and they were all turned to auto breaking so I switched all to alert only. I am the only driver of this vehicle so nobody would have switched my controls. But even if they were in, why would it break in the middle of a hwy?

TLDR my car auto breaked on the highway traveling 70 mpr with no car or debris in the roadway.
