Hey so I had applied for sbi select black card one week earlier and it was shown as rejected on phonepe app but not sbi card. And today I got a call from an sbi agent and she told me that my application is on hold due to some reason and asked for a pan number?
I just told her I'm outside and hung up.
What should I do?
