I have a client whose dog pulls me really roughly and I have been walking this dog for around 6 months (since I started rover). Now I have built up my client list, I no longer want to work with this person. She cancels last minute, this dog is not good to walk with and she’s at my lowest rates bc she was one of my first clients. It’s getting to the point where I am coming home super upset and frustrated by the client. How do I tell her I no longer want to work with her?? I have never had to turn down a client before and I want to handle it as professionally as I can
