Filed on June 2023 Potomac Service Center Biometric were reuse and case received with no issues. Got a notification on August 2025 the status changed from Case is actively been reviewed or something like it to Case is being processed by USCIS, got divorced and immediately filed the waiver November 2025 with my lawyer, marriage was on good faith we have a kid together and we sent pretty strong evidence in the beginning also re-send more updated evidence from those years after sending the form, want to know if you guys have any similar experiences or have gone through something similar. I’m not stressing about the waiting time I knew it was gonna take longer, close to 36 months and seem longer waits, but everyone has different experiences and I’d like to know yours
