Hello. I'm looking for learning materials regarding Ashkenazi Hebrew. I see few options available online for free, but wanted to ask what in your opinion would be the best for reading Torah, Siddur and Talmud.

I started to learn Hebrew recently and realized that all materials I use refer to Sephardi standard and ivrit, which is not exactly what I'm looking for. I want to reconnect to the Hebrew as i was read and spoken in Poland. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
