I just bought this last December from a FILA store in my country because of their xmas promo. Right now it's getting yellowish.

I scrubbed it with mild detergent in lukewarm water using a soft bristled toothbrush last week but can't seem to remove the yellowing even after drying.

Is there any suggestions you can give that can at least remove or lighten the yellowing?

It should be, if not close, as white as the rubber sole.
