Hi all, there isn’t exactly a flair for what I want here. I would be down to pay if you want (but might need some guidance on how paying works), and I’d prefer not using AI (professional AI hater), but if that’s what it takes that’s okay. Not even sure if this is the right place for my request.

Could this image be crisped up? It’s very blurry. For some context this individuals leg that looks skinny is in fact a prosthetic so I don’t want it to look like a full/real leg, as he worked for an adaptive snow sports organization so it was a huge part of his personality. He’s one-legged skiing in the image dressed as Elvis. I’m at a bit of a loss but I can try to provide more info if needed!
