Next album?

As we approach the one year anniversary of the release of Cosmic Selector Vol 1 album, I can’t help but wonder what the next album will be and when it will be released?

Any theories/ideas? Cosmic selector Vol 2 maybe?
I’d love if they did another album like Strange Trails as that’s my favourite.

Current weekly workout plan, any suggestions?

New to this subreddit. Would like to hear some people’s thoughts.

Everyday I go for a 30-45min walk, I live in a hilly area. I usually achieve 10,000-20,000 steps a day.
Then every day I swap between 30mins of indoor rowing (concept 2 rower) and a 20min upper body workout on every other day.
- Upper body workout consists of: 3 chin ups, 10 push ups, barbell curls (20kg), hammer curls (8kg I think), 6 diamond pushups, and lastly bench dips till failure.
3 sets till failure for the curls.

I also try to go on a hike usually between 10km to 25km 1-2x a week.
My fitness goals: to be a very athletic & a healthy person. With the exercise I do, my self image improves, which is important to me.
Hiking is my most favourite form of activity. I’m passionate about it and it’s probably most important to me in terms of progress.

I am female 21 years old, around 66kg, around 170cm.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Advice on bear spray in Washington

In June I’m going hiking throughout Mount Rainier NP, Mount Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, etc etc…. Is it a good idea to purchase bear spray for hiking in these areas?
Not camping at all, just hiking throughout the day. Thanks 🐻

Going to Seattle in June, hiking recommendations please!

I’m going to Seattle in June for about 8 nights. I’m staying a little north-east of main Seattle. I will have a car. I’ve got AllTrails, and have found lots of lovely looking hikes on there but I wanted some hike recommendations from Washington locals!
I’d love some hidden gems (less crowded), must do trails, etc etc. Preferably not too far away from Seattle but happy to drive up to 2 hours each way
Happy to do hikes that are short or on the longer side, but nothing overnight or too extreme pls :)
