So does Country Grown have a zero returns policy state wide or does Logan just suck?

Lemme preface this by saying I'm not a rock the boat kinda guy. If I get screwed over I usually just take it as a $X.XX lesson.

But this is getting a little out of hand.

For the 5th or 6th time I've gotten a gram of concentrate that I was lucky to get a quarter gram of usable product out of if I was lucky. It had been stored or shipped somewhere REALLY warm and it ran all up on the threads of the container and even to the point it had leaked out in the mylar ziplocks they put them in.

I have never been a bad customer, never made a scene, I spend PLENTY, (seeing as I only have 2 dispos remotely close to me being in Mingo County), and I simply asked "is there a return policy, a refund, exchange or anything" and she basically laughed at me.

Like losing 60 bucks might be a laughing matter to her, but to me its not. Every damn dollar I get has to stretch. Meaning when I buy my medicine I expect to get all of it. As much as it pains me to say this I never ran into medicine shortages on pain pills from the fuckin pharmacy.

So is the Logan manager just an asshole or is that a statewide law that I'm just fucked if i buy it and theres basically nothing in it.

Hell I even offered to start opening them in store and she talked over me "NO ABSOLUTELY NOT" OK lady I get it youre overprotective of your job, but you fuckin suck at it.

Ive literally asked about this once and man she made me feel like I was trying to rob her of her lifes savings.
