Completion of AAR Level 4 & Dyslexia

I’m wrapping up Level 4 with my 9 year old dyslexic son. He’s still not quite fluent at reading and I’m wondering what I should do next.

For those in similar circumstances, what have you found helpful?

We’ll still practice the phonograms with AAS. I was wondering if I should go back and revisit previous lessons or readings, or do something completely different.

Any suggestions appreciated :)

History & Science Rhythm ?

For those of you who have it figured out, what does your rhythm look like for history and science?

I have a 1st and 4th grader. Last year we were unable to do anything worthwhile in either subject and I think that’s largely because I didn’t identify a schedule for us. It was also our first year homeschooling.

Please share with me what’s worked for you. I’m also happy to hear about any curriculum that you found really helpful with the manageability piece. I’m very undecided about it all 🙃
